I'm really fighting the impulse to quit my classes, quit my job, and retire. But I'm only 61 and should wait. But I'm tired and have been doing too much for too long. When the work on mom's house is done, that will help.

I pried myself out of bed in time to get ready for Italian. Fed the cats and myself. Zara is purring and letting me know she approves of being fed. I think that she's saying the cat equivalent of "My mommy. I think I'll keep her."

Last night, I had just shut my light off when Harlee came in to snack on Zara and Mimi's food. Then she came over to see what I was doing. I turned the light on, and she climbed on top of me. So for a while, I had all three cats plus one human in one bed. Crowded :)

I want to subscribe to Netflix next month. (Well, actually, the first month is free.) They have French TV shows and movies, which are a fun way to learn French.

Holy cow, my stomach is upset. I napped for a while and it's still upset. Need to eat something and see if that helps.  Had some pancakes and they helped a little.

I've decided to get into couponing. I've read a book about it and bought a binder for the coupons. Now all I need to do is clip coupons. To do this properly will be a lot of work, however. I'll need to keep track of what's on sale at Meijer, Kroger, CVS, Walgreen's, and possibly Jewel. We'll see how I do ( Read more... )
